Grabbing ownership from a owner less community

who is owner of around 100+ communities

is he did any phishing or hijaking ? no

All he did is, he joined those communities which are owner less (means the owner's profile deleted from the owner it self or may be from orkut ) but the community becomes owner less.

After the joining of that community any member who is one week old in that community is eligible to become moderator and owner !!!

So what are you waiting for go join the communities which are ownerless and who knows you can become the owner of big communities by luck
